The SELL Life was co-founded by a lawyer who came to the profession later in life, after nearly two decades in sales and business.
Over the years, he has interviewed more than 1,400 lawyers across the world. The pattern was consistent. Most wanted independence, but lacked the business development skills to make it a reality.
His wife Courtney built the first version of the APP to change that.
Lofty's mission is to provide a proven pathway to independence, so the best lawyers who aren't deemed 'rainmakers' by the partners of traditional firms don’t have to remain propping up an outdated business model that relies on extracting maximum value from their talent before discarding them and moving on to the next generation to repeat the abuse.
The mission is simple.
To teach as many lawyers to SELL so they can to thrive independently.
